By using the RAVYL website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from the site.
Product information
RAVYL aims to describe materials, fit, construction, colour and imagery accurately. Minor production variations may occur. Product photography is intended to represent the physical garment as faithfully as possible.
Preorders
Certain RAVYL garments are offered by preorder for a stated window. Payment is collected when the preorder is placed. After the window closes, final quantities move into production. For the current release, estimated dispatch is within 60 days after the preorder window closes. If a material delay changes that estimate, affected customers will be contacted with updated timing and the options available to them.
Cancellations, exchanges and defects
Cancellation, exchange and defect handling is governed by the RAVYL Returns / Refunds / Exchanges policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Intellectual property
RAVYL-owned brand marks, original product photography, written copy, graphics and other original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be reproduced without permission except where permitted by law.
Some photographs, video, fonts or other media used on the site may be licensed from third parties. Those materials remain subject to the rights and licence terms of their respective owners or licensors. Nothing on this site grants visitors a separate right to reuse RAVYL-owned content or third-party licensed material except where permitted by applicable law or the relevant licence.
