Final Sale
All preorder items are final sale. Because each piece is made to order in a limited first-release batch, we're unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once the preorder window has closed or once production has begun, whichever comes first. If you need to make a change, contact us as early as possible — we cannot guarantee a change is possible once an order is placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at RavylStudios@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit. Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.
Except Where Required by Law
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement. Where local law requires a different outcome, that law applies.
