Preorder Timeline

RAVYL currently operates on a preorder model. Items shown as available are part of a limited first-release preorder window. Production begins once that window closes, and we place a single bulk order with our manufacturers. Estimated fulfillment timelines will be confirmed before checkout and by email once your order is placed.

This is not an instant-shipping store. Preorder pieces are made to order in small first-release batches, and shipping times reflect that process.

Shipping Estimates

All shipping and delivery times provided are estimates only, not guarantees. Delays can occur once an order leaves our hands — in production, in transit, or with customs — for reasons outside our control.

International Orders

We ship worldwide where checkout allows it; actual availability and rates are determined at checkout. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by their destination country. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
